I recently photographed the tidal flats of Cape Cod Bay at low tide on a couple of dense, foggy mornings. As I walked out into the flats it was quiet and surreal.
At times the fog was so heavy that I lost sight of land. These tidal flats are the widest expanse of tidal flats in North America extending almost 10 miles along the coast from Brewster to North Eastham. Images were made near Orleans. Enjoy!
